Same Day Delivery: How It Works
Same Day Delivery brings fine jewelry right to your door—no store visit necessary. Shop from home for that perfect piece or send a last-minute gift, and receive eligible orders within hours. Here’s how it works in five simple steps:
- Check Your Eligibility
On product or checkout pages, open the Same Day Delivery pop-up and select “Enter Delivery Address.” - Choose Your Jewelry
Add items to your bag from our online collection. To qualify, pieces must be ready-to-wear and not require customization. - Select Same Day at Checkout
Choose “Same Day Delivery” as the delivery method, complete the required details, and place your order. - Track Your Order
You’ll get an order confirmation email immediately. Once a driver picks up your order, you’ll receive text updates in real time. - Sign & Shine
A signature is required upon delivery. Your driver will capture a proof-of-delivery photo to verify safe arrival. If no one is available to sign, the order returns to the store and you’ll receive a refund for the item(s) minus the delivery fee.

*Same-day delivery is not available to zip codes within the city of Seattle, but is available in surrounding suburbs within 30 miles of our stores.
