If you do not agree, please do not use our Sites or provide us with your personal data.
How We Collect Personal Data
We collect information directly from you.
At Jewelluxuries, much of the personal data we process comes directly from our Customers. We may receive and securely store any information you provide on our Sites or share with us in other ways. For instance, we collect details when you sign up for email or text alerts, when you browse or interact with our website (including features such as Jewelluxuries MyWay), and when you make purchases online or in-store. We also gather information through customer service interactions—such as contact request forms, subscription forms, or inquiries made in our boutiques. In addition, data can be collected through direct interactions like phone calls, online consultations, in-store visits, email correspondence, live chat, or text communication.
We collect information passively.
We also collect certain information automatically when you interact with our platforms, including our Sites and mobile apps. This may include data gathered when you visit a webpage, open one of our emails, or use our applications. Our systems may utilize cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to collect such information. We may also gather information passively in collaboration with trusted third-party partners. For example, when Affiliates share purchase activity, we may process this information through their platforms. Please note that as technology evolves, we may employ additional tools beyond cookies and beacons to ensure we better serve you.
We may collect data with your permission in marketing contexts.
In some cases, with your explicit consent, personal data may also be collected for marketing purposes. Additionally, data may be updated or supplemented through reliable private or public sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
How We Handle the Storage, Disclosure, and Transfer of Personal Data
Retention of Personal Data
At Jewelluxuries, personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Notice, or as required by applicable law. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and its intended use.
We generally apply the following principles:
- Customer information: Because we view our relationship with Customers as lifelong, and because many of our products are covered by lifetime warranties, certain elements of personal data may be retained for extended periods or indefinitely. This allows us to fulfill our obligations under warranty, provide ongoing service, and manage or defend legal claims when necessary.
- Security and abuse prevention: In cases involving suspected misuse, fraud, or harmful activity, we process and retain personal data for the duration of the investigation. Data may also be stored longer if required for legal defense or compliance with legal obligations.
- Legal obligations: Regardless of other policies, personal data may be retained for as long as required by relevant laws and regulations, including accounting, reporting, or compliance requirements.
We regularly review the necessity and accuracy of stored data, ensuring outdated or unnecessary information is corrected or securely deleted. Customers may request details of retention periods for their specific data at any time.
Disclosures, Transfers, and Recipients of Personal Data
To support the purposes described in this Notice, Jewelluxuries may disclose personal data, when necessary, to trusted entities. These may include regulatory authorities, affiliates within our corporate group, and carefully selected third parties such as service providers and business partners. Any disclosure will always be limited to what is strictly required for the defined purpose. We never sell personal data, nor do we disclose it to third parties for their own independent use without your consent.
We may also share data in the context of corporate events, such as mergers, acquisitions, financing, or sales of assets, as well as in response to legal obligations, government requests, or lawful investigations. Data may be disclosed to protect the safety, health, or property of individuals in emergencies, or to ensure the security and integrity of our products and services.

Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains in detail how Jewelluxuries uses cookies and similar technologies across our websites, apps, and digital platforms. We describe the types of information collected, the purposes for which it is used, and the reasons we sometimes need to store cookies. We also explain how you can manage, block, or disable cookies should you wish to do so. Please note that this policy is part of our broader Privacy Notice, but focuses specifically on cookies and related tracking technologies.
What are cookies, pixels, widgets, and analytics?
Cookies are unique identifiers sent from a server to your device, either as a temporary session cookie (removed when you close your browser) or a persistent cookie (stored until expiration or manual deletion). They help our systems recognize your device, personalize your shopping experience, remember your preferences, and improve functionality. Cookies may be set by us (“first-party cookies”) or by approved partners (“third-party cookies”), such as analytics or advertising providers.
Beyond cookies, we may also use technologies such as pixels, web beacons, analytics scripts, and social media widgets. These allow us to measure performance, track interactions with our content, and deliver personalized services and advertisements. For example, web beacons embedded in emails show us whether our communications are opened or clicked. Similarly, social media widgets from platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or Pinterest may collect limited data (such as your IP address and page visited) to provide interactive functionality.
How we use cookies and what information is collected
We use cookies and related tools to:
- Enable essential website functionality (shopping cart, sign-in, security)
- Analyze site performance and user behavior
- Enhance personalization by remembering preferences and past interactions
- Support advertising and marketing by showing content and ads relevant to your interests
- Improve security by detecting fraud or irregular activity
Data collected may include: IP address, time spent on site, pages visited, browser type, referring URL, server information, domain name, social sharing interactions, and engagement with emails (opens/clicks).
Categories of cookies we use
- Strictly Necessary – Required for our Sites to function, such as remembering your cookie preferences or enabling checkout.
- Performance & Analytics – Help us understand how visitors use our Sites and improve functionality. Tools include Google Analytics and Akamai.
- Functionality – Enhance your experience by remembering preferences, recently viewed items, or payment session IDs.
- Advertising & Targeting – Allow us and trusted partners to deliver relevant promotions, measure ad campaign effectiveness, and ensure you don’t see the same ad repeatedly.

You can accept, block, or delete cookies at any time using your browser or device settings. Please note that disabling cookies may impact your experience, as some features such as the shopping cart, personalized recommendations, or secure login may not function properly without them.

How We Use the Information Provided
How We Use Information
At Jewelluxuries, information about our customers is a cornerstone of our business. We value the trust you place in us, and we do not sell your personal data to third parties. Instead, we use and share information strictly within the scope described in this Notice.
Responding to Your Needs
We use your information to respond to your requests and questions. For example, we may reply to customer feedback, inquiries, or requests submitted through our Sites, email, or customer support channels.
Improving Products and Services
We use information to enhance the quality of our products and services. This may include analyzing customer behavior on our Sites, customizing your shopping experience, and better understanding your preferences. We may also combine data collected directly from you with information obtained through trusted third-party sources to refine your experience.
Communication
We use your information to communicate with you in ways that you have consented to, such as email updates, SMS messages, or push notifications. These communications may include promotions, updates on your orders, or important service announcements.
Security and Fraud Prevention
Your information may also be used to ensure the security of our Sites, protect our business, detect fraudulent or malicious activity, and safeguard our customers. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure if you register an account with us.
Marketing Purposes
If you choose to register with our Sites or opt in to receive communications, we may send you tailored offers, promotions, and product updates. This may include both Jewelluxuries products and carefully selected third-party offers that may interest you. Depending on your preferences, we may communicate with you through email, text, phone calls, app notifications, or postal mail.
Text Messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages, you consent to receiving them via the contact information you provided. Messages may be sent through automated systems. While Jewelluxuries does not charge for these texts, your carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time.
Email Preferences
We may send marketing or service-related emails. Customers always retain the option to opt in or opt out of such communications by following the links provided in our messages.
Non-Confidential Submissions
Except as required by law or as otherwise stated in this Notice, any information you choose to share with us (e.g., suggestions, feedback, or comments) will not be treated as confidential. We may freely use such submissions for purposes including product development, service improvement, marketing, or publication.
Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
Consistent with Article 22 of the GDPR, Jewelluxuries may use automated decision-making or profiling in limited cases. Profiling refers to analyzing personal data to evaluate aspects such as preferences, behavior, or location. Automated decision-making occurs when outcomes are generated solely through automated processes, potentially producing legal or significant effects for the customer. While such practices may involve both profiling and automation, they are used responsibly, with respect for customer rights, and only where legally permitted.
Our Use of Interest-Based Advertising
Interest-Based Advertising
At Jewelluxuries, together with our trusted partners, we may display interest-based advertising using information collected about you over time and across multiple websites, apps, or digital platforms.
This type of advertising includes showing you ads after you leave our website, encouraging you to return and explore more. It may also include promotions that we believe are relevant to your personal interests, shopping habits, or browsing history. For instance, we may share promotional content based on items you have previously viewed or purchased. Such ads may appear on third-party websites, within mobile apps, in your email inbox, or even on social media platforms. These advertisements may be served directly by Jewelluxuries or by carefully selected third-party partners. They may promote our own products or services, as well as those of other companies we think may interest you.
To determine what is most relevant for you, we use information you provide when interacting with us, our affiliates, or other third parties. This may include data such as browsing behavior, prior purchases, or engagement with marketing campaigns. We and our partners may analyze this activity both on our own platforms and across third-party environments.
We may also collaborate with third-party companies who help us collect, analyze, and process this information. These partners may link your name, email address, or account information with additional data they already maintain, such as previous online or offline purchases or records of your activity across different websites and applications. This combined information helps us deliver a more seamless and personalized advertising experience.
We Use Various Tracking Technologies
Jewelluxuries (and our approved partners) use common data-collection tools—such as cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, analytics scripts, and similar technologies—to gather personal information about users over time and across different sites, apps, and platforms. We do this, among other reasons, to:
- Run interest-based advertising (retargeting and relevance-driven ads after you leave our Sites).
- Understand how customers and users behave on our platforms and recognize new vs. returning visitors.
- Personalize content and offers, optimize site performance and shopping flows, and prevent repetitive ads.
- Deliver customized advertising on our Sites and across others you visit, including email placements.
- Deepen audience insights (e.g., which ads resonate).
- Remember items in your cart and, when carts are abandoned, determine when to send SMS reminders.
We may also work with third parties that provide web search, analytics, security, and ad services. We use information to protect our company, our customers, and our Sites. If you opt in to communications, we may send offers and updates (including third-party offers we believe you’ll find relevant) via email, SMS, phone, app push, or postal mail, and we may tailor those offers using activity on affiliates or other third-party platforms.
We use trusted service providers to perform services on our behalf (order fulfillment, delivery, mail/email sending, list hygiene, analytics, marketing assistance, search results and links, payment processing, customer support, etc.). They receive only the personal information needed to perform their tasks and may not use it for other purposes.
We also use your information to communicate about your account, feedback, this Notice, and our Terms. We use information as otherwise permitted by law.
Sharing Information with Third Parties
Within our corporate family. We share within the Jewelluxuries group.
Service providers. We share with vendors that send emails/SMS or help operate our Sites and promotions.
Business partners. We may share for marketing/advertising and joint promotions (e.g., with affiliates to process orders or understand preferences). Third parties may use data to show you relevant ads, including based on what you viewed.
Legal/Protective purposes. We share when we believe it’s necessary to comply with law, enforce our Terms, protect rights, property, or safety (including fraud prevention and credit risk reduction). We do not sell, rent, or disclose customers’ personally identifiable information for third parties’ commercial use in violation of this Notice.
Corporate transactions. If we sell or buy businesses, stores, or assets, customer information may transfer subject to existing promises in effect at the time (unless you consent otherwise).
Other disclosures. We may share for additional purposes described at collection.
SMS programs. We do not share your SMS opt-in with unrelated third parties. We may share your SMS opt-in/consent status only with vendors that help us deliver messaging services (platform providers, phone carriers, etc.).
Your Choices About Sharing and Marketing
Choosing not to provide data. You can choose not to share certain information, though it may be required for purchases or to use features like Your Account/MyWay/Reviews.
General opt-in. Subject to applicable state/GDPR rights, opting in means you consent to receive communications (email/SMS/phone/mail/app) and acknowledge some may be automated.
Non-confidential submissions. Unless this Notice or law states otherwise, materials you transmit (data, questions, suggestions, etc.) are treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and may be used for reproduction, disclosure, publication, broadcast, posting, product/service development, etc., without compensation.
Opting out of emails/SMS.
- Emails: use the Unsubscribe link, adjust preferences in your account, or email [[email protected]].
- SMS: reply STOP, text STOP to our program short code, change SMS preferences in your account, or email [[email protected]].
- You may receive one final confirmation SMS after opting out.
- Opting out of one channel doesn’t automatically opt you out of others. Transactional messages (e.g., order updates, service notices) may still be sent.
Cart reminders. Cookies help track items you add/abandon; this may trigger SMS reminders if you’ve opted in.
Access/Correction/Deletion. You can request access, correction, amendment, deletion, or blocking by emailing [[email protected]]. You may withdraw consent or object to processing on legitimate grounds; we will honor your preferences going forward.
Cookies/Tracking controls. Manage via browser/device settings (note: Flash cookies require separate controls; blocking cookies may impair Site features). Choices can be browser/device-specific.
Mobile controls. Manage GPS and push notifications in device/app settings.
State-Specific Privacy Rights (Summary)
Depending on your location and whether legal thresholds are met, you may have rights under U.S. state laws (e.g., CA/CO/CT/DE/IN/IA/KY/MD/MN/MT/NE/NH/NJ/OR/RI/TN/TX/UT/VT/VA). These can include:
- Confirm/access, correct, delete, portability, and appeal.
- Opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling.
- Limits on sensitive data use (and consent requirements).
- Universal opt-out mechanisms (in some states).
Where state-specific sections in our Notice differ from general terms, the state-specific language controls where applicable. See our Notice for request methods (mail/phone/email) and verification steps.
Our Sites and Children
Our Sites are intended for users 16+. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 without parental/guardian consent. Parents/guardians who believe a child under 16 has provided information should contact us at [[email protected]]; if we learn we collected such data, we will delete it.
U.S. Storage
Personal data collected through our platforms is transferred to and stored in the United States, where most of our personnel and service providers are located. If you live outside the U.S., you understand and agree to these transfers.
Security Measures
We employ reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards (access controls, role-based permissions, firewalls, encryption such as TLS/SSL where appropriate). No method is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. Access to personal data is restricted to those who need it to perform their duties. Our service providers are required to implement appropriate protections.
Do Not Track (DNT)
Because there is no industry-standard interpretation of DNT signals, we currently do not respond to DNT requests. We will monitor developments and reassess as needed.
Updating Your Information
You can update your information in your Jewelluxuries account (e.g., via “My Account”). Processing updates may take several business days. (This differs from statutory “Right to Correction” processes.)
Links and Third-Party Services
Our Sites may link to third-party websites/services we do not control; their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Third-party content may include their cookies/trackers; we do not control their use.
